Making the Team
Due to the large interest in participating on the boys swimming and diving team coaches may need to limit the
number of student athletes that make the team this season.
Team size is limited by the amount of space we have for practices and number of entries that are available for
meets. Our goal is to have as many team members as possible while still allowing for enough pool space to
appropriately train all team members.
The following criteria will be used to determine which student athletes make the 2015 team.
 Academic eligibility
 Complete paperwork turned in to the athletic office and blue cards turned into Coach Morehouse by
Friday 2/26.
 Commitment to the sport measured by participation in off-season weight training, preseason camp or
participation with a club team
 Current swimming and / or diving ability
 Future potential as a swimmer and / or diver
The team roster will be finalized on Monday, 2/29. Team members will be informed at the end of practice if
they have made the team.
