Discovering single-feature polymorphisms in large-genome crop species through high density oligonucleotide
microarray.
The objectives of this project are to develop new informatics tools for discovering single-feature
polymorphisms (SFP) in large-genome crop species through high density oligonucleotide microarray and apply
this tool to barley genome analysis to understand genetic divergence of barley.
