Cancellation policy: We require payment in full to complete a booking, but are very happy to
refund part of your fees if you are unable to come and stay with us. You must notify us 14 days
in advance of your visit via letter or E-mail to obtain a 50% refund. Within 14 days there is no
refund. We will respond to your e mail/letter. If you do not hear from us you will need to
contact us again to ensure that we have received your notice of cancellation. No refund will be
possible without written notice.
We will confirm your booking via e mail once we have received payment in full.
