Visitors Arrival and Departure Policy
On arrival a visitor, if unknown ,would be asked for identification also a CRB
number if they have one. This would be recorded in the visitors book and also
on the daily register sheet.
The unknown visitor would be asked to sign the visitors book and added to the
register if they were staying at Playgroup.
Visitors should be asked to put their mobile phone in the clear marked box.
Visitors without a “playgroup” CRB number would NOT be left alone with a child
or go into the children’s toilet.
On departure the visitor would be asked to sign out in the visitor’s book.
In addition to this we also have a risk assessment in place for visitors.
