REPORT OF THE NEW COMERS` RECEPTION TEAM FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST
2012.
1. Team members: With gratitude to God I report that all members are doing well.
2. Visitors in the month of August: In the month under review we had a total number of Eighteen (18)
visitors during our 9.30am Sunday services; Ten(10) males and Eight (8) females.
3. Entertainment of First Timers: The first timers in the month were entertained with light refreshments
after which prayers were said with them by members of the team.
4. How they know us: We discovered our visitors came to know the church through several means.Through Orita-Igbala, (1 visitor); Sign-post, (2 visitor); Divine-direction, (none); Family
friends/invitation, (12 visitors); Proximity, (none); Others, (2 By fliers, and 1:Already Anglican
member).
5. Intending members: We had a total number of Three (3) visitors who indicated their desire to become
members of the church in course of the month.
6. Visitation: Sms were sent to all our visitors at the dawn of the new month `September` to encourage
and to wish them a happy new month on behalf of the church.
7. This month’s New Comers ‘Responses/Comments: Below are some helpful and considered ones as
quoted.
7.1 ‘The Spirit of God and His Power were felt in the midst of His people during prayer and the word.
Happy to be a partaker of it today.I pray its always like this everytime.`---Akin-- S.
7.2 `The service is very rich in Spirit. Try to keep it up and be time conscious.`----Ade-- V.A.

7.4 `This service was very touching. The sermon was wonderful, the choristers sang well. In conclusion,

Conclusion: We sincerely give our utmost thanks to the Lord for the church for the support and for the
new comers/new members added unto us for the month of `August`. We indeed give thanks to God for
adding unto His church. May the Lord continue to add and multiply us in Jesus’ name. Amen.
