Chatelherault – Evening Walk – Aug 2013
The venue for our final evening walk of the season was Chatrelhault. As the group set off the
weather was ominous with heavy, dark clouds overhead.
The group set off along one of the wooded paths this proved to be a godsend as there were
several showers of rain. Five miles and almost two hours later the car park was in sight,
everyone was saying what a great evening it had been when suddenly the heavens opened up
with a torrential downpour, never had an evening ended so quickly.
