has been approved, as a whole, by the named competent person(s); and
is being disclosed with the prior written consent of the named competent person(s) as to the form and context
in which it appears.

“mbbl” means million barrels
“mboe” means million barrels of oil equivalent
“Interest %” is the listee’s economic interest in the reserves / resources including its entitlements under production-sharing
contracts and risked-service contracts
Estimates of petroleum reserves are to be reported net of:
(i)
royalties that the listee is required by agreement (including overriding royalties provided for in farm-out agreements)
to give in-kind to the royalty owner; or
(ii)
those volumes that the listee is allowed to lift and sell on behalf of the royalty owner
f)
Estimates of petroleum reserves are not to be reported in relation to pure service contracts.

Estimates of petroleum reserves are reported net of lease fuel other than as set out below:
h)
The PRMS Guidelines provide additional guidance on:

developed reserves and undeveloped reserves in sections 2, 6 and 8;

unconventional resources in sections 1 and 8; and

undeveloped reserves in sections 3, 6 and 8.

The named competent person(s) in this summary of reserves and resources may be different to the competent
person(s) who prepared the information and supporting documentation used to form the basis of the summary of reserves
and resources.
j)
Mining listees that have no oil and gas reserves or resources may not necessarily be required to disclose any information
required.
