Selcuk University is pleased to invite you to take part in the 2nd International Conference
on Sustainable Agriculture and Environment (2nd ICSAE), which will be held at the
Selcuk University Campus in the City of Konya, Turkey between September 30 and
October 3, 2015. This is an event for researchers, scholars, engineers, resources managers,
students, policy-makers, and all those interested in agricultural and environmental
sciences. The conference provides great opportunity to network with colleagues worldwide
to share knowledge and experience on teaching and research in agricultural and
environmental area.

Scope of the symposium
The main scope of this symposium is to invite the experts to discuss the projects and
applications on sustainable development in agriculture and environment. The main topic
areas include interaction between agriculture and environment, social and economic
aspects of environment, biology and agriculture, using biology to tackle environmental &
agricultural concerns, sustainable development, tropical agriculture, biodiversity,
biotechnology, horticulture, plants, animal production, climate change, environment, local
ecological knowledge, water management, soil conservation, agriculture social economics,
IPM (Integrated pest management), integrated agriculture management, hydraulic
structure, maintenance and operation food sovereignty, food security, other related

Submitted papers will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. All accepted
papers will be published in the conference proceeding. Selected papers based on the quality

Paper Submission
In order to submit your paper, please follow the below instructions and send your full
paper along with the submission form to info@2ndicsae.org.
Poster Preparation
Authors whose papers have been accepted as poster should prepare their presentations with
dimensions of 80 cm width ×100 cm height and according to the conference format. This
can be reached here.
Venue
The conference will be held at the Selcuk University Campus in the City of Konya –
Turkey. On arrival in Turkey, Turkish Airlines (http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-tr/) can
be reached from the Istanbul Atatürk International Airport (IST) to Konya (KNY).
Alternatively, bus or train is available to travel from Istanbul to Konya. All the conference
attendees will be shuttled by bus from the hotel to the university campus. Additionally,
trams and some other community transportations are available to travel to university
campus.
