Display of election schedule on notice board and website after approval
by the Executive Committee
Change in the name of representative, if desired by member to be sent
to Secretary General in writing with necessary proof of eligibility
Secretary General to display provisional list of eligible voters on notice
board and website along with national tax number, sales tax registration
number, if applicable, the name and national identity card number of the
representative
The members who are eligible to vote and have any objection to the
entries in the list of voters shall send their objections in writing to
Secretary General
Secretary General to intimate action on the objections or changes sent
by members who are eligible to vote
Any person aggrieved by the decision of Secretary General may make
representation to the Election Commission
Election Commission to decide representation of the aggrieved person

Polling for the election of office bearers
(3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
The final result of election of Members of Executive Committee,
reserved seat of women entrepreneur and office bearers shall be finally
announced at the Annual General Meeting
