Please note that, under the Bylaws Article 12.3.11, each nominee is entitled to submit an
electronic ‘Candidate Profile’ for posting on the Association webpage. The nominee is strongly
advised to submit the profile, following the guidelines stated under the Bylaws Article 12.3.11,
to any member of the election commission by email by November 15, 2015.

November 01, 2015 (Sunday; 6:00 pm). Scanned signed form can also be emailed to the Election
Commission.

Election Date: Sunday, November 29, 2015
Voting Place: St. Paul's United Church, 454 Egbert Avenue, Saskatoon.
Voting starts: 10 am
Voting stops: 4 pm

Important Dates:
1) Last date for nomination submission: November 01, 2015 (Sunday), 6:00 pm
2. Disclosing the list of Nominees: November 08, 2015 (Sunday)
2) Last date for withdrawal of nomination: November 15, 2015 (Sunday), 6:00 pm
3) Declaration of final list of candidates: November 15, 2015 (Sunday)
Candidate Eligibility:
The candidate must be a Regular Member in good standing or a Life Member of BCAS (Bylaws
article 6).
Voter Eligibility:
1) Any Regular Member in good standing or a Life Member of BCAS can vote (Bylaws article
6.1).
2) Default Regular Member will be able to vote upon payment of all dues before election
(Bylaws article 12.3.9.2). Payment will be accepted on Election Day at the polling booth.
3) New membership application will be accepted on Election Day. Refer to Bylaws article
12.3.9.3 and 12.3.9.4 for requirements and conditions.
4) A voter may be requested to present a personal identification card (health card, SIN card,
driver’s license, citizenship card, PR card, or any government issued ID) to the Election
Commission to vote [Bylaws article 12.3.15].
