First Communion
Congratulations to all the children again in making their
first holy communion.
Thanks to the parents for their support through the year
and especially for a terrific spread of food last
weekend. You did St. James proud. And a very big
word of thanks from myself to Celia, Esperanza and
Edward for their commitment to the programme for the
full year.
Your faithfulness made my job easy and was an
inspiration. Thanks again.
Room for many more.

Fr Jack
Last week we had an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. And
what a wonderful day for the church world-wide.
A Spirit uniting all of us in a bond of love. Yes the
spirit tells us we are children of the Father and that is
great news, that in fact is Good News.
But that spirit also tells us we are brother and sisters to
another. What a lovely and wonderful idea. We are all
brothers and sisters. Now that is a noble call to live In
harmony with the whole world. Yes simplicity is the
name of the game.
If I can look around me and see the beauty in every
person. And that beauty begins in my own heart. Pray for
an outpouring of the spirit on yourself. And also an
opening of your own heart to change your attitude if
necessary and enjoy what God is offering.
