Regulation of the Guesthouse
"Serventi Longhi Rooms"
The Serventi Longhi Rooms s.r.l., owners of the Guesthouse "Serventi Longhi Rooms", is happy
to welcome you and will notify you the internal regulation, sure the rules embodied in it will
be followed by common sense and mutual respect.

The guest houses, being small structures, have no fixed reception, therefore every
tourist is obliged to notify by telephone the owner the estimated time of arrival at least
24 hours prior to arrival. Lacking notice can also cause long waits for which we do not
accept complaints or refund requests.

The delivery room is scheduled at 12:00 a.m and not later than 2:00 p.m.; otherwise
needs to be agreed with the Manager.

Upon arrival, guests are required to deliver identity documents, or equivalent, valid,
required. Failure to observe this obligation constitutes violation of the Penal Code and
manage to get the immediate abandonment of the guesthouses. The data of our guests
are treated in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
Once completed the notification tab, you will be prompted that the payment should be made
preferably in cash to the extent permitted by law, or with electronic money; we do not accept
checks or credit. Proof of payment ,the owner may issue, chosen by the Customer, a receipt or
invoice, stating the amount and the details of your stay. Please note that early departures will
not be refunded.

At the time of booking and as a guarantee, the customer may be asked to provide a
valid Credit Card.

In case of NO SHOW, without communication and/or acceptance by the operator will
deducted the amount corresponding to one night, at the price agreed at the time of
booking.

Room keys will be delivered upon arrival at the hotel (room, door and gate); in case of
loss or theft, a penalty of € 50,00 max that will be charged to the guest.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and will be served at a local Bar, a few metres
from the guesthouse, according to the modalities that will be communicated upon
arrival.

The rooms will be cleaned daily, in the time between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 14:00
p.m. In the case of consecutive overnight stays, the linen will be done every three days.

It is strictly forbidden to take away at the end of your stay bed linen, blankets, towels,
hairdryer and all that you can see in the rooms. Just in case this happens, the guest is
obliged to pay compensation;

Do not smoke inside the common areas (access corridor to the rooms, landings,
stairways) and rooms. Observance of this simple rule arises from the need to protect
those who do not smoke, or those who come after you, from lingering smell of
cigarette, apart from compliance with fire prevention regulations.

The landlord accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to Your property objects left
unattended in rooms or in public areas and for any damage to persons, animals or
objects to and from third parties. Any damage must be reported immediately to the
Manager.

It is forbidden to eat in the room and turn on any kind of stove.

It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and more guests than those long-term residence
therein.

It is recommended a proper and civil use of toilet, avoiding throw anything down the
WC, remembering that there are the appropriate bins.

No pets are allowed inside. We only allow small pets, to be communicated at the time
of booking.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00, to allow users to perform
housekeeping. In case, guests can leave their luggage in the case handler. Special needs
check-out must be agreed with the Manager.

On departure guests must collect keys Manager delivered upon arrival.

For Fees, the landlord "Serventi Longhi Room" expresses reference to "minimum and
maximum rates" reported on the exposed form inside or enabled by internet websites
to make valid property reservation.
The Property, certain of your collaboration, remains at your disposal for any clarification
wishing you a peaceful and happy stay.
Rules of procedure:
Guests are invited to observe the following rules, in order to allow for all a pleasant stay.
1. On the day of arrival rooms will be available at 12:00 by appointment. On the day of
departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00 absolutely, unless otherwise agreed with
the Manager.
2. It is forbidden the entrance within people, not unregistered or unauthorized. The visits
from friends or family must be pre-authorized by management upon presentation of
an identity document.
3. In the case of innocent disrupting the supply of electricity or water supply by their
handlers or other causes of force majeure, ownership disclaims any liability and shall
not be required to refund.
4. It is compulsory for guests to observe the rules of civil coexistence and not to disturb
the occupants of the structure.
