registration. After you receive
a confirmation, you can start
using the system.

You can start searching.
By entering first 3 letters the
system gives you the name of
the destination.
You can also enter dates, but
it‘s not neccessary. Later you
can choose dates, types of the
rooms, numbers of adults and
children, etc.
You may also search for a
specific hotel by entering a
hotel name.

STEP 4:
CHOOSE THE HOTEL
The system will list all available
hotels for the requested
destination. The list shows the
available rooms for each hotel.
Where units are AVAILABLE,
we have agreement and you
can book these rooms
immediately.
Where units are ON REQUEST,
hotels require to check
availability before confirming
the reservation. We will act
accordingly and get the
confirmation very soon.
By clicking the name of the
hotel, a new window opens
and you can book rooms.

STEP 5:
BOOKING
OPPORTUNITIES
The system provides various
information:
• descriptions
• characteristics/facilities
• pictures (you are allowed to
use them)

BOOKING
OPPORTUNITIES
We have allotments at the
most popular hotels.
If the room is available, the
BOOK button appears and
your reservation is confirmed
immediately.
If the room is on request, the
SEND
INQUIRY
button
appears. This means that we
will check the availability and
reply within 24 hours.
With click on the next sheet,
Price list, you will see rates for
complete season and all
rooms.

STEP 7:
BOOK THE ROOM
You choose the type of the
room,
and
the
window
SERVICE appears.
Choose the date, number of
rooms, additional services.
For each room define the
number
of
persons
and
childrens age. Discouns will be
seen on the left side.
Enter as many information as
you have from the client.

STEP 8:
LISTS AND
DOCUMENTS
In the base form you can find:
a) the list of your:
• inquiries
• option bookings
• confirmed bookings
• payments etc.
b) documents:
• offers
• vouchers etc.

STEP 9:
PRINT DOCUMENTS
You can print documents very
easy! An example:
Go to Documents / Vouchers
and you will see all your
confirmed reservations. At the
end of each line you can see
.pdf icon.
By clicking the icon the
voucher opens and you can
print it directly.

In the near future we will complete the system:
- other countries (Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia,
Bosnia, Albania, etc.)
- transfers (you will be able to book the transfer directly
through the system)
In the next few years the system should become a complete
provider of all services for individual travellers –
accommodation, transfers, daily trips, excursions, etc.
