Michelle Krisel, General Director, introduces 2014 session: how to design an effective
season and what are the crucial considerations for each production. You'll speak directly
with the technical, lighting, and costume directors.

JULY 9 KIDSFEST Tues. 5:30 – 7 PM Pre-performance INTERACTIVE SESSIONS led
by Mary Gresock, Teaching Artist - Washington DC, for Charlottesville Parks and
Recreation Camps' kids Grades 2 thru 10, includes a light supper.
Teachers may bring their children (Grade 2 and up) or 1 adult
SUSANNAH, by Carlisle Floyd, American opera DRESS REHEARSAL. 7 – 10 PM
(Campers leave at Intermission, but Teachers may stay for whole performance!)
JULY 28 DRESS REHEARSAL. Mon. 7 – 10 PM, musical FIDDLER ON THE ROOF
by Bock, Harnick, and Stein.. Audience includes: Teachers and students in
Chorus, Band, Orchestra, Drama & Dance from Charlottesville and Albemarle
County Middle and High Schools are invited to attend – (includes parents
bringing them). Others include Boy and Girl Scouts & Troop Leaders.
JULY 29 Apprentice Singer Recital at the HAVEN DOWN TOWN Free
$ buy tickets for performances with 45 minute Lecture before each show at Paramount
Theater
SUSANNAH at 7 pm July 11 & 16, at 2 pm July 13 matinee
FIDDLER ON THE ROOF at 7 pm July 31, Aug 6, 8, at 2 pm August 2 & 3
