Description: This
course focuses
on providing the
students with
new vocabulary
in a variety of
areas such as
literature,
language
learning,
language
teaching, art,
economy,
science and
technology. It
also aims to
teach different
affixes in English,
prefixes, suffixes
along with
aphorisms and
idioms.
The relation between software and translation studies is explained. In the lesson students learn
how to use TRADOS tool.

Course Description: The history and development of machine translation is explained. Different CAT tools and online
dictionaries are introduced. TRADOS tool is introduced and students will be able to use TRADOS for their translations
in other lessons.
