NOTICE INVITING TENDER
1. The Karachi Infrastructure Development Company Limited (KIDCL), Ministry of
Communications, Government of Pakistan invites sealed tenders on Item Rate Basis from
interested construction contractors/firms for the Construction of BRTS Green Line RCC
Elevated Section Nazimabad Chowrangi to Guru Mandir, Contract Package #
KAR/BRTS/GL/001.

3. Method of Procurement: Single Stage Two Envelopes, under Public Procurement Rules 2004
4. Documents will be issued from 3rd August 2015 during office hours, on payment of a nonrefundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000/-. The tender fee should be in the form of Pay Order in
favour of KIDCL Submission of application for issuance of bid documents along with copy of
valid PEC registration certificate in Category CA, Discipline CE-01, CE-02 and CE-10 are
mandatory for issuance of bid documents.
5. Bid Security of all technical bids must be accompanied by a Original Bid Security in the
amount of Rs.50 million The Bid Security shall be in the shape of Pay Order or Bank
Guarantee issued by a Schedule Bank in Pakistan.
6. Pre-bid Meeting:/ as provided in the bidding documents.
7. Last date of submission is 20th August 2015 up to 11.00 am; Opening at 12:00 pm
