THE DALY
WEEKLY
The Daly Dose
Thank you to Karen Mowry for organizing the
delivery of delicious snacks and sweets, along
with contributions of paper products and
Halloween stickers. Subsequently, she has
volunteered to be our room Mom! Right before
winter break, I have a Winter Gift Making
Workshop, where students will be taking time
to create some handmade items for their loved
ones! More to come about this in December!

Star Student: Shea Mowry
This week’s Star Student is Shea Mowry. She loves her Mom, Dad,
and younger sister, Anna. Some of her friends are Annaliea,
Persepnone, Sam, and Monique. Her favorite food is pizza and her
favorite sport is gymnastics. She likes to watch Ant Farm on T.V.
and enjoys the song, “Haunted.” Rania really enjoys drawing in
school and wants to be an artist when she grows up. The nickname
she would choose for herself is Shea Bird. Shea’s hero is her Mom
because she keeps the family healthy and fit. In Shea’s words,
“She is also my hero because she loves and takes care of me so
well.”
Shea, you are what shining is all about!

Parent/Teacher Conferences
Sign Up Sheet
Dear Parents,
Before you know it, conference time will be here and I am
looking forward to sharing your child’s progress in third grade.
Each conference should run approximately 15-20 minutes. I have
scheduled these conferences in 30 minute increments to prevent
you from having to wait for your conference to begin. Please
email me with your first, second, and third choices so I can get
everyone scheduled. If none of these times are convenient for
you, and you would prefer to have a phone conference, please
contact me at school or by email. Thank you for your cooperation!
