Project provides for the Improvement of SR 20 SPUR Anacortes Ferry Terminal-By
Demolition of Timber Structures; Installation of Steel & Concrete Wingwalls/Dolphins
We are accepting quotes for the following services/supplies including but not limited to
traditional Marine & Ferry Terminal Construction Work Scopes, including:
Concrete-Furnish & Install; Demolition & Disposal-Creosoted Materials; Environmental
Mitigation; Furnish Steel Piling & Pile Tips; Furnish Structural Steel, Chain/Hardware;
Marine Fenders and UHMW Rub Face; Permanent Signing; Marine Surveying, Marine
Mammal Monitoring and other Marine Services & Work scopes
Subcontractors and suppliers can obtain plans and specifications via the following link:

All subcontractors and material suppliers are required to execute our standard “Subcontract
Agreement”/”Material Contract”. We request a 100% Performance and Payment Bonds; and Material
Supply Bonds. Please contact us if you have questions regarding these forms.
In order to assist certified small business subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible
units, and will assist firms with delivery schedules and providing points of contact for obtaining bonding, lines of credit, and
insurance. We can also help DBE’s secure their own sources of equipment and supplies in order to maximize participation.
