Being a persuasive communicator, with well-developed presentation and negotiation skills, the
number of customers has grown by almost 600% (from 17 in Dec. 2011, to over 100 currently)
over the last three and an half years. In the course of this journey, productive relationships with
customers and staff have been developed, resulting in an extensive and resourceful network.
Among other, my main responsibilities have been:
 Develop customer base via cold calling, internet searches, and networking with existing
customers to seek referrals.
 Develop and review rate bids and contracts, and attend to insurance and other
paperwork as required by the customer.
 Selling the company’s IT networking and support solutions. Revenue objectives have
been achieved and exceeded.
 Marketing products such as hardware, anti-virus solutions, data storage, and training to
fulfil identified customer needs.
 Make sales presentations to existing/prospective customers, determine solution needs,
and present and sell appropriate services and materials.
 Support new and existing customers to ensure quality customer service is provided by
technicians and other customer facing personnel. This includes follow-up with customers
to ensure their satisfaction with solutions and technicians.
 Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate company technicians to resolve
customer issues. Dispatch IT Technicians to customer sites after identifying and
prioritizing service needs.
 Maintain sales records, prepare sales reports and sales forecasts as needed.
 Customize multiple databases in Outlook to store and track call lists. Updating said
databases to maintain accuracy. Other software used include MS Office Products,
mHelpDesk, etc.
 Attend Career and Job Fairs to prequalify candidates for technical IT positions within our
office. Post open positions to online job boards, receive and review resumes, conduct
phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates for in office interviews and schedule in house
interviews.
