PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
7.
Oversee the safe, timely and cost effective execution of maintenance activities in a fast paced
environment working with planners, technicians and customers.
8.
Coordinate and plan work execution through the SAP scheduling system planners and schedulers.
9.
Supervise production workforce (brewers, operators, and maintenance technicians)
10. Monitor all critical control points to ensure consistency and the quality of all products
11. Apply technical background to troubleshoot and provide support to maintenance technicians and
production group managers.
12. Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance work, production activities, and process changes.
13. Ensure that Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) are followed, enforce safe working practices and
department policies; maintain records.
14. Facilitate communications between maintenance technicians and production departments
15. Work with engineering on the planning design and start-up of capital improvements in area of
responsibility
