4:45 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Kathy Olson, Suzanne Romanski, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor, Sharon Riley, Michael
Feldt and Beth Aubut) will meet at City Hall and go as a group to inspect 119 Charles Street, Oconto on the request
for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances for a setback.
5:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in the Conference
Room, at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153
The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:
Request from LeTourneau Plastics, 160 Charles Street:

Request for a variance from City Ordinance Sec. 13-1-49(f)(1), 13-1-49(f)(2) IG- General Industrial District to
allow a setback of less than 25 feet in the front yard and a setback of less than 25 feet in the back yard.
Ordinances Sec. 13-1-41(f)(1) and 13-1-49(f)(2) state that the required setback for a front yard is 25 feet
minimum and the required setback for a back yard is 25 feet minimum.
Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
Immediately following the public hearing the Board of Appeals meeting will be as follows:
1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Pecor.
2. Approval of agenda
3. Public Appearances/Correspondence
4. Deliberation and decision by the Board of Appeals on Request from LeTourneau Plastics, 160 Charles Street:

