been recorded in the S8 & RS4 Drug Register?

levels by two staff members is to be undertaken at the next available opportunity.
 Health Centres with only one staff member:
 where only one staff member is present, a check of stock levels by two staff members was
undertaken at the next available opportunity.
Note: this may be during the next available visiting service or managers visit.
3. STOCK
 Stock levels are kept to a minimum
 Stock is stored in a manner that prioritises the use of medicines by earliest expiry date
 Unwanted / expired stock is disposed of per Return / Disposal of Unwanted or Expired
