SOME IDEAS…
RESPIRATORY
1) Blood
2) Weight Loss
3) Productive/Night time Cough
4) Wheezing
5) SoB or Heavy breathing
CARDIAC
1) SoB
2) Ankel Swelling
3) Palpitations
4) Radiating Pain
5) How many Pillows at night
Other important points:
PMH - Diabetes, asthema, H-BP Cholesterol
SQUITAS - Excersize/Eating/breathing
GI
1) Unintentional weight loss
2) Change in appetite
3) Change in bowel habit
4) Tenismus (feeling they haven’t finished going)
5) Blood in stool
6) TRAVEL
Also must ask about diarrhoea AND constipation
Neurological flags
1) Fits/Seizures
2) Faints
3) Blackouts
4) Numbness/Weakness/Pins and needles
Do you remember what happened
Have you noticed any change in cognition
Are there any warning signs
How much do you remember afterwards.
Do you bite your tounge.
MSK Redflags
1) Fever Symptoms
2) Night Pain
3) Morning Stiffness (when is it worse)
4) Constant or remitting pain
5) Non-Mechanical; Is it worse when you move it or in certain positions

- Diabetes
- On Steroids (Osteoporosis)
