Correct format for notebook reference.
 A title is provided for the notebook reference.
 Any reagents used are properly identified.
 Each reagent used is further identified by company, lot number, expiration date and
open date (if available).
 Amount used indicated with a numerical value and a unit of measurement.
 Student describes reagent procedure thoroughly.
 Student initials, dates, and gives the reagent expiration date for each reagent
preparation entry.
Label contains:
 Reagent full name/description.
 Initials of preparer (student).
 Date of preparation.
 Expiration date.
 Notebook reference.
 Hazardous labeling and/or hazardous scoring (if applicable).
