1953. The Area People and Organisation of the Vlerick Business School is a dominant partner in research, education and counseling in Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management in Belgium. We aim to realize creatively the translation from science to practice, and vice versa.
In order to support further development, we are currently looking for a
Junior Research Associate
 You will be involved in applied research projects and service our clients in a first-class way
(projects typically encompass survey design, data collection, analysis, reporting and advising clients) within the HRM field (people performance, motivation, leadership development, HR practices)
 You will work in a project environment, in close collaboration with faculty members, project supervisors and colleague-researchers
 Master’s degree
 Languages: Dutch, fluency in English and French
 Strong interest in the field of Human Resource Management/Organisational Behavior
 To be able to work autonomously in a dynamic and flexible environment
 You like a scientific approach in gaining insights into a specific HR/OB field
 You have or you want to further develop excellent research writing skills
 A challenging job in a dynamic, professional and international environment
 You will work in a project environment, in close collaboration with faculty members
