DISPOSAL OF NAPPIES APRONS AND GLOVES SAFELY (Children’s Services)

Through training and following the correct preventative measures and following good
hygiene practice we do all we can to prevent the spread of infection. It is part of our
duty of care within Children’s Services department to ensure that appropriate measures
are taken when we dispose of Nappies and that staff are provided with and use
appropriate protection such as gloves and aprons when conducting personal care or
cleaning up spillage etc.
All settings have appropriate disposal facilities
