This pre-application is for community groups, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and IECA
members or chapters to submit brief general information concerning a new or continuing project. Projects
will be evaluated according to the type of technical assistance requested, funding availability, and the
willingness of qualified IECA members to provide assistance for a specific project.
The Project Pre-application will be reviewed by the Project Nomination Committee (PNC). If the project
appears to match the mission of the SOIL Fund, an IECA member or chapter will be asked to submit a
full project application.
