As per agreement between the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Pennsylvania
Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Department
recommends that the above-referenced flood emergency project has a _____________________ Effect on historic

If FEMA agrees with the Department recommendations, please notify the PHMC and our Department of
that agreement. If the PHMC does not object to the FEMA notification within 15 days, the Department will
