Gathering relevant information (Such as Wave, Tidal,
Monsoon, Current, Wind, Sediment infromation).
Incident forecasting.
Issuing early warning to DMC and addressing
informion requests from media and other relavant
authorities.
Nomination for incident command structure.
Planning and preperation for emergency response
depending on the nature of the incident.
Implementation of SOPs.
Keeping personnel on standby (Technical Officeres,
Emergency task force).
Identifying / Mobilizing required emergency
operational resources (materials, machinery, etc.)
Issuing updated information to DMC and other
relavant authorities including operational personnel.
Implementation of emergency response.
Coordinating the fulfillment of the responsibilities of
relavent agencies.
Rapid damage, loss and need assessment.
Observation and investigation for permanent
solution.
Releasing of operational resources at the end of the
incident.
Debriefing of the situation / emergency operation.
