Evaluation and Quality Assurance Coordinator (2010 – March 2013):
Led program evaluations and quality assurance audits, improving client files (1,000+), program reporting,
and operational efficiencies. Drafted and edited administrative documents, including recertification with
Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) Standards for Excellence program and grant
applications. Survey research, which was singled out as noteworthy by Peer Reviewers in PANO application.
Managed agency staff training. Chaired Health and Safety Committee; achieved PA L&I Certification.



Championed strategic and program planning for 8 Operations Department programs including outcome
logic model development and coaching.
Promoted networking, disability awareness, and capacity-building among community benefit
organizations through early leadership of the regional Enhancing Communities Lunch Series.
Initiated and coordinated a best practices quality assurance and program evaluation team among the 18
Pennsylvania Centers for Independent Living. Developed a common client satisfaction survey.
Regional Housing Coordinator (2008 - 2009):
Created information bridge for disability and aging-related information across housing and human services
professions in 7 south central Pennsylvania counties. Energetically engaged with county-based housing and
human services groups to break information silos and support local service collaborations.
Strengthened/created new meaningful collaborative energy across professional divide to improve
community-based outcomes for people with disabilities and elderly.


Developed and promoted innovative educational resources that addressed information gaps among
professionals for use across Pennsylvania.
Achieved recognition for disability accommodation and accessibility awareness by regional landlord

SOUTH CENTRAL ASSEMBLY, Middletown, PA (2004 – 2009) (vol. 2010 – Present)

Provide administrative support to 32-member Board of Directors of regional planning organization.
Conducted low/moderate-income housing related research including focus on predatory lending practices

SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY THEATERHUB, Marietta, PA
Coordinator (volunteer) (2003 - 2013):
Founded and developed educational/community-centered theater arts organization of production and
education staff representing 130 theater programs. Act as liaison among school staff and regional arts and
humanities organizations to build relationships and provide opportunities for professional development.

Published 10-year record of seasonal production calendars listing virtually every high school, college and
community theater production in the 8-county south central Pennsylvania region.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Field Operations Supervisor, US Decennial Census
Hired, trained, supervised and instilled sense of mission for 7 field teams. Performed community relations
outreach. Carried out research to address record discrepancies including identifying, mapping, and adding a
missed block containing 30 housing units to the census record.
Property Management Coordinator, Boston University Property Management Department
Served as liaison to 131 department coordinators. Coordinated field work for university-wide movable
assets inventory. Led team that inventoried a newly acquired branch campus. Identified $2M of missed
depreciable assets resulting in changes in Purchasing Department practices.
