guide to improve department functionality, (b) archived in Word format on the department archive site, with the division Vice President,
and the office of Program Assessment and Institutional Research, and (c) used in the University’s Annual Report. Directors will use
information from cumulative annual reports to complete their departments’ NWCCU accreditation self-study reports.

the University. Your mission should link back to the University’s mission statement.

INSTRUCTIONS: Provide your department’s objectives. The objectives should be specific, clear, concise, and measureable. Your
objectives should link back to your mission statement. You should have at least three department objectives.
