MI RUTINA DIARIA
Your task is to create a video presenting a typical day in your life. You will be required to use
specific grammar and vocabulary to complete this assignment as is detailed in the rubric below.
The expectation is that your video is creative and interesting while meeting the established
criteria! Have fun with this project!!
Requirements:
 A minimum of 20 daily actions - 10 of the actions must use a reflexive verb
 At least 2 of the reflexive verbs must have pronouns attached to the infinitive
 Each of the following transition words must be incorporated into your video
o Después
o Todos los días
o Luego
o Siempre
o Generalmente
o Primero
o A veces
o Cada día
 At least 10 NON-VERB vocabulary words must be used from chapter 2A
 Please drop video into my LHS Teacherdropbox. Ask for help using dropbox in advance and
do a test drop to be sure you are dropping correctly. YOU MUST DROP FROM SCHOOL!
 This project is due Lesson 24 prior to class.
 10% reduction in grade for one day late.
 20% reduction in grade for two days late.
 0 if the project is turned in after two days.

I. Communicative success (Pronunciation)
Points
Student has excellent pronunciation and speaks at the appropriate pace and with appropriate expression to be
well-understood by the audience.
Student makes a few pronunciation errors or speaks too fast/slow or does not use appropriate
inflexion/emphasis (speaks in monotone, etc.) for at least ½ of the presentation.
Student makes several pronunciation errors or speaks too fast or does not use appropriate inflexion/emphasis
for more than ½ of the presentation.
Student makes numerous pronunciation errors (more than 10) or speaks at an inappropriate pace or does not
use appropriate inflexion/emphasis for the entire presentation
Pronunciation, pace, and inflexion/emphasis problems make the presentation almost incomprehensible, even for
a sympathetic listener.
II. Grammatical competence – (A “grammar problem” is defined as a misuse of a verb or a grammatical
structure such as word order or subject/verb/adjective agreement.)
Student demonstrates exemplary use of learned grammar structures

III. Project Criteria
Student includes 20 actions (10 of which are reflexive verbs) (1/2 pt. earned for each verb used appropriately)
(Students who neglect to use a reflexive verb with the pronoun attached to an infinitive will automatically lose 1
point per missing verb.)
Student includes all required transition words (1/2 pt. earned for each word used appropriately)
Student includes 10 required vocabulary words that are not verbs (1/2 pt. earned for each word used
appropriately)
