CLUBS & MEETINGS:

FCCLA: Members need to pay their sweatshirts and shirt fees or they will be fined. Bring the receipt to Mrs.

Scribner's room. On Thursday there will be a FCCLA meeting. The day changed for this week.

NEWS:

INTERESTED IN GOING TO EUROPE?: If you have any interest in traveling to England and France next summer there will be a brief meeting right after school on Thursday (May 1st) in Mr. Kuttel's room (553). All interested students should attend to find out more about this exciting opportunity. If you cannot make the meeting please stop by and speak to Mr. Kuttel in person to find out more.

IT IS CLASS ELECTION TIME. Please come to room 552 to sign up to run for class officer. You will represent your class at ASB meetings as well as leading your class in homecoming activities. You do not need to give a speech. You need to have an ASB card and fill out an application. Elections will be next week.

CREDIT: If you are interested in earning credit over the summer, you can attend online classes through BEAM here at B-E in July or participate in hands-on learning at the Northwest Career and Technical Academy (NCTA) for .50 CTE credit right after school's out. Come to the counseling office for more information.

SENIORS:

PROM: Prom is on May 10 th and will be held at Eaglemont Golf Course from 8-11pm. Tickets are now on sale in the

Athletic / Activities office for $30. They will be $35 at the door. The prom is for juniors and seniors. If you’re bringing a student who does not go to B-EHS, you must fill out a guest form. If you have not filled out a dance contract this year, you must do so before the dance. These forms are in room 552.

SENIORS: Please double check for your final presentation time, room and community panelist.

You can find the schedule in 3 locations-the Career Center door, the window display on the 3 story building and the 12 senior Paws doors. If you have not signed up you can ONLY SIGN UP on the Career Center door.

4 YEAR UNIVERSITY: Seniors heading to a 4 year university...remember May 1 is the deadline date to decide which university you will attend and send them your deposit.

CAP & GOWNS: Please pick up your cap & gown in the Main Office.

SCHOLARSHIPS DUE: Burlington Mid-Day Rotary for anyone attending a college, university, or trade school, due May 8th. You can apply for those and others by going to: www.be.wednet.edu/scholarship

GRAD NIGHT: Sign up for the Grad Night trip by this Friday, May 2 and you’ll be entered in a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to Coconut Kenny's. For those seniors who have already signed up--if you refer a senior, have them write your name on their registration form so you’ll both be entered! There are only 14 spots left so don't delay! The winner will be announced in next week's bulletin. Registration cut-off is soon, so get your forms in by this Friday.
