Please complete the booking form (attached to this sheet) and return it with your
payment to: RCPsych in Scotland, 12 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1JE
Alternatively you can email your form to
rmiddlemiss@rcpsych.ac.uk
Places will be confirmed on receipt of payment so we advise you to pay upfront and
claim back from your employer. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE
COLLEGE THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE A PLACE! Places are allocated on a first-come
basis and please note that the College cannot issue invoices.

*There are three subsidised day delegate places for trainees and two free day
delegate places available for medical students. These places will be offered on a first
come firs serve basis.
Cancellations/substitutions:
- 80% refund if written cancellation is received at least 4 weeks prior to the event
- 50% refund if written cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the event
- No refund will be given to cancellations received within 2 weeks of the event.
Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate may attend in your place.
