Pledge agreement for the Campaign for Independence

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this pledge agreement is to summarize the mutual understanding of
_______________________________________________________________________, and the Frank Lloyd Wright School of
Architecture regarding my gift in support of the Campaign for Independence.
Contributions to the Campaign for Independence will be fully restricted, only available for use by the School of
Architecture for School-related expenses/operations – prior to and following independent incorporation (if such
independence is achieved). No portion of any contributions to the Campaign for Independence will be used to
support any of the other aspects of programs of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
Until then, neither the Foundation nor anyone else will be authorized to access or utilize my contribution for any
purpose—unless I as the Donor give explicit written permission to the contrary.
I/we herewith make a multi-year pledge totaling $____________________to the Frank Lloyd Wright School of
Architecture Campaign for Independence.
Payment One:

I/we will make payments at times and in amounts convenient to us, but will fulfill this pledge in full prior to
December 31, 2019.
This pledge agreement is binding upon my representatives, heirs, successors and assigns. It is executed in and shall
be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
