Dear Moti:
(1) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT I below) in response to
the Reference (a) above.
I read your excellent paper (Reference (b) above) with great interest. It
is succinct, yet comprehensive guide for the people who want to create
e-learning activities in developing countries.
Dear Shahab:
(2) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT II below) in response to
the Reference (a) above.
(3) According to Reference (c) above, the Asian Development Bank
(ADB) provided Pakistani scientists with US$2 million to construct
Pakistan national energy simulation model with an additional $0.5
million from the Pakistan government.
Dear Moti:
As the emeritus of ADB, pls kindly find out who at the ADB have
been in charge of providing such a fund — this is because we may
encourage our colleagues in various Asian countries to contact
him/her.
Shahab, I would be greatly appreciate if you can kindly find out the
person in your country who conducted this project, and if he/she would
be interested in joining in our GEWS/GUS project (Reference (d) above)
as interlinking their models with others in neighboring countries.
(4) This project may also lead your Pakistan to have connection to
GLORIAD broadband Internet — after India, which recently joined.

This may be done when the APAN will be joined into GLORIAD, because
your Pakistan seems to have already been a member of the APAN.

(5) Greg Cole indicated me his willingness to sign the Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with the Japanese GLORIAD at the occasion of our
GEWS/GUS planning workshop, which is to be held at Greg’s office at
the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (UTK) -- hopefully next spring
time. I hope the Japanese team will bring the APAN together at that
time.
Dear Prof. Shimojo, Mr. Konishi and Mr. Tanaka:
Pls inform me of your side story about this possibility of signing
the MOU with Greg in response to my msgs sent to you on October
20, 2012.
(6) BTW, Shahab, Tapio’s presentation made in Moscow are the
References (a-i) and (a-ii) above. Pls feel free to contact him for any
further info.
Dear Stan:
(7) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT III below) in response to
the Reference (a) above.
Dear Moti:
As the emeritus Principal Education Specialist of ADB, pls help
Stan’s need.
(8) You may consider to have your Laotian colleague to connect to
GLORIAD through the APAN as mentioned above (if they have already
been its member), and also to join in our GEWS/GUS project.
Keep in touch.
Best, Tak
