Hello CTC Students –
This letter is to update you about important information for the upcoming school year.
This year we will communicate with CTC students by posting information in the lobby of the
Warwick High School, posting announcements at the CTC, using Blackboard e-mails and
voicemails, on our website under the CTC link and through the counseling office. It is your
responsibility to periodically check for updated information since you will be out of the building.
Please note the important dates on the second page of this letter.
The Career and Technology Centers open August 26th. ALL students are required to
attend classes as of this date due to the later start for the Warwick School District. We do not
want our CTC students to miss valuable instruction during this time from the CTC.
Transportation to any CTC between August 26th and September 8th is available using Warwick
High School as the departure and return point. Warwick School District busses will begin their
normal routes to all district schools on September 9th.
All CTC students need to report to Warwick High School on September 9th for
homeroom in order to receive important information for the school year. Transportation to CTC
will be provided for ALL Full-day CTC students after homeroom at approximately 9:30 am. If
you have your own transportation you will be dismissed at 8:45 am. Half-day students will
remain at Warwick that day.

Transportation Information
Students are responsible for transportation to and from Warwick High School from
August 26th -September 8th.
Full Day CTC Willow Street and Mount Joy CTC – Bus #44 (Graybill Transportation)
Departure Time: 7:25 am
Return Time: 2:40 pm
Full Day CTC Brownstown – Bus #42 (Groff Transportation)
Departure Time: 7:40 am
Return Time: 2:40 pm
Half-day CTC- Bus #4 (Groff Transportation)
Departure Time: 7:40 am
Return Time: 10:40 am
We will notify students if these bus routes change for any reason.

CALENDAR INFORMATION
August 26th – First day at the CTC. Warwick students are required to attend.
September 4th – CTC student day off
September 7th – CTC student day off
September 9th - Warwick High School officially opens.
September 17th –Back-to-School Night for parents/guardians – 6:30 p.m. @ WHS
September 18th –Deadline for senior pictures to be taken by Lifetouch Photography for
the yearbook. (1-800-445-1189)
September – Senior yearbook questionnaires available in the High School Office.
October 1st – Deadline for senior ads for the yearbook
October 16th –Homecoming football game, dance October 17.
October 26th – Assembly for Seniors to be measured for caps and gowns and to order
stationery for graduation – 9:00 am (If you are unable to attend, please
stop in the High School office for the information).
November – Senior Announcement & Cap & Gown forms and money due.
April-May – Sign-ups for the Prom—information for sign-ups will be posted around the
high school and on the morning announcements (Prom date –May 21, 2016)
June – Yearbooks will be distributed by the Yearbook Staff.
