Applied Genomic Technology Center iLabs Transition
Wayne State now requires all services offered by The Applied Genomic Technology Center to be
requested in iLabs. The following information applies to External users.
Users without Wayne IDs:
Getting Started:
Please follow these steps below to register in iLabs and obtain access to the AGTC facility.
If you have an existing iLabs account, you do not need to register again. You may log in with your iLabs
password by going to https://waynestate.corefacilities.org/ and check the box, "Not a Wayne User".
1. To register for an iLabs account, please go to the AGTC registration page here:

2. Fill out all the fields on the sign-up page and submit to iLabs Support. You will receive an
iLabs password within one business day.
3. Once you have your password, log into the AGTC core by going to
https://waynestate.corefacilities.org/service_center/show_external/2923Click on the "Not a
Wayne user, click here" link on the top right. You will be prompted to type in your password. (If
you have an account, but need a password, please click HERE.)
4. You will be directed to the Getting Started Page for AGTC. From here you are given
instructions on how to request a service.
5. External users are required to have Purchase Orders as method of payment. A scanned copy
of your PO must be uploaded into iLabs or e-mailed to AGTC staff prior to sample submission.
