WAIKATO BADMINTON SENIOR PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Guidelines for presentation of Ralph Fear Cup – presented annually
1. Trophy to go to the Senior player (19 yrs & over) with the most outstanding results
during the season.
2. Player to be a worthy ambassador of the Waikato Association and for Badminton –
well presented on court, good court manners.
3. Player to show commitment to Waikato Badminton – make themselves available for
the Association if applicable.
4. Judging panel to be WBA President or Vice-President, Director of Coaching &
Referee/Court Officials.
5. Nominations will be called from Managers of respective Division Teams, Coaches and
WBA Officials. The twelve month period under review being 1 October 2014 to 30
September 2015.
6. Award to be presented at the WBA Annual Awards night or any other suitable
occasion as stipulated by the WBA
