GOAL: You will pick one animated Disney movie and create a food web based
on the characters in the movie.
The Food Web:
Create a visually appealing food web using characters from any popular Disney/ Pixar movie.
The choice of movie is important, the more appropriate the movie, the easier it will be!

You Must Include:
 A Colourful food web with at least 8 characters as well as plants and the sun
 A short description of each characters place in the food web and a reason why they fit
that role in the food web. Also indicate which trophic level each character is at.
 An ecological pyramid using 4 of the characters to show the transfer of energy from
producers to top consumers.
Where Should You Start?
 Pick a movie and use Google image search to find a picture of each character you
want to use. Save these pictures and email or print them
 Paste them into the appropriate location on a background
 Connect organisms with arrows showing the direction energy flows (who eats who)
 Pick 4 characters from your food web and create an ecological pyramid
 Complete a short write-up of each character explaining their role in the food web.
