Electrical Manufacturing Engineer
Renley Ltd. is an Irish owned electrical engineering company focussed on the design and
manufacture of products and control systems for the electricity supply industry in Ireland and
overseas. Our customers are typically electricity utilities and other companies which are
focussed on the renewables and wind farm sectors.
At present we have a position for an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations
Team in Ballymount, Walkinstown, Dublin. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager,
your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all products and systems designed and
manufactured are :




in full accordance with the customers’ technical specifications and standards.
to a very high product quality and manufactured in accordance with the
ISO 9001:2008 Quality System.
fully tested in accordance with Renley’s internal factory testing procedures and with
additional testing requirements as specified by customers.
tested rigorously to ensure that all components and materials supplied have
successfully passed the incoming inspection and testing procedures.
Also, planning and managing weekly and monthly production schedules are an integral
part of the job. Therefore, you should have some experience of production schedules in an
electrical manufacturing environment. Familiarity with and a good understanding of electrical
circuits, schematic diagrams and wiring tables would be a definitive advantage.
As you will be responsible for the ongoing production targets of manufacturing cells you
should be able to demonstrate that you have good management and communication skills and
the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
