Summary of Work/Process
The Nanosight is a microscope which uses a laser to measure the size of particals that have
been extracted from culture cells and are in a solution of media or buffer. The particals are
filtered and syringed into the flow chamber the laser then detects the particals and they are
captured by the camera and can be viewed and mesured in the software.
