Description
Assign Series tracking code/s to an event. Code can be a core or an elective status toward the series. Department should include or notify ECC of event eligibility

Assign Series status to Contact/Registrant. Contact can be null, applicant or graduate. Graduates are dropped from the tracking report. Null or applicants are indicated by status on report.
Department manages this process.

SCOPE: The certification monitoring is limited to tracking of the USI component (events) of a certificate.
Outside events, licensing and credits/exams not registered in USI will not be included in this monitoring process.
This report runs and for a series and determines how many events a participant has taken and will give details of events. Time location CEUs grade etc.

NOTE: Report excludes contacts marked as certified/graduate in a series.
Report 3 (Contact Detail)
NOTE: Reports matches on name only to help identify duplicates.
Field Description
Total Completed Events that the contact has received credits/grade for.
Total Registered All events the contact has registered for. Excludes cancelled and waitlisted statuses.
Certification
Affiliation
The status of the contact within the series. Contacts that have completed the series and been marked as graduate will be dropped from the monitoring report.
Run a contact view to find these contacts.
Series History The event the contact has taken and is registered for. NOTE this is a person search not ID and may contacts that are duplicates
