ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management

This programme is open to all research staff.
Please note that your supervisor- line manager must agree your participation in the programme.
Participants will complete the core courses and one of the pathways. To gain the ILM level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management you will have
to complete a number of assessment tasks.

Action Learning Groups (2hrs) will be held on a monthly basis
Places will be allocated primarily on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that in the event of the programme being oversubscribed, the
supporting information will be used by STDU to prioritise selection. STDU reserve the right to make the final selection of participants to ensure a
balance of schools/departments/roles.
