Education/Experience/Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Accounting , business or related
field and two-five years related experience is preferred. Must have a positive attitude, be career driven and detail
oriented to meet deadlines. Computer experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks or other related
accounting software a plus.

Job Description:
CWM has an opening for an ACCOUNTANT. This is a full-time position with benefits. The Role will report directly to
the Controller. The qualified candidate must be business minded, self-motivated with critical attention to detail and
deadlines. This individual will need to have strong, professional and effective verbal and written communication skills
and have the ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority.
Responsibilities:
 Corresponds with clients regarding receivables and collection calls.
 Communicates status of account problems on a regular basis.
 Recommends collection strategies and/or efforts
 Verifies and posts accounts receivable and accounts payable information; generates checks.
 Prepares financial statements including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and
management reports.
 Performs general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties.
 Prepares daily bank deposits; reviews for accuracy
 Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner
 Prepare the 1099s
 Prepares invoices, checks, timecards and other records and reviews for accuracy.








Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Acts as liaison between other departments and outside contacts and agencies.
Plans, prioritizes and organizes workload to ensure deadlines are appropriately met.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Composes, types and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails and faxes, using
individual initiative as assigned.
Assists in development and implantation of department systems and procedures as needed.
Conducts research; compiles and types statistical reports. Performs data entry and spreadsheet
management.
