Blood fatty acids and CRP
In girls (Table S2), significant associations with hs-CRP were found with the following WBFA: AA (p=0.001), the sum of n-6 HUFAs
(p=0.002), the ratio AA / LA (p<0.001) and ratio AA /dihomo gamma linolenic acid (DHGLA) (p=0.036). Also an inversely association was
found between hs-CRP and the blood EPA/AA ratio (p=0.015).
