REGISTRATION
There is really no deadline for exhibitor registration, although we would really like to know as
soon as possible and hopefully at least two weeks before the meeting! The Final Support
Contract, must accompany your registration form. This form is required by ACCME in order to
maintain our certification for CME credits. It shows the commercial support of our meeting …
exhibitor fees are considered commercial support by ACCME.
HOTEL
Our meeting is at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis at 1300 Nicollet Mall. The special AMLI rate
is $165. The deadline for this rate is July 12, 2012. After that, the rate will go back to the rack
rate. Reservations can be made by either calling 1-888-421.1442 and identifying yourself as an
AMLI member, or online using the following link:

ANNUAL DINNER
The Annual Dinner will be a “Casino Night.” Dinner and games will be held at Windows on
Minnesota on the 50th floor of the IDS Building. This building is about six blocks from our hotel
so we will be walking, and there will be plenty of time afterwards to “explore” downtown
Minneapolis. Corporate Members get two Annual Dinners at the Member rate.
EXHIBITOR LOAD-IN AND LOAD-OUT
Exhibitors may load in anytime from 8:oo am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 4. We ask that all
exhibits be completed by 4:00 pm. The first opening of the Exhibit Hall will be on Saturday,
August 4 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm for the “Meet The Exhibitors/Poster Session/Cocktail.”
Load out is anytime between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm on Monday, August 6. We ask that you
vacate the Hall no later than 3:00 pm.

EXHIBITORS AND SCIENTIFIC LECTURES
While Exhibitors may bring as many staff as they wish for their booth (please provide all names
to me), if any of them wish to attend the Scientific Lectures, they will need to register (form
attached). HOWEVER:
Corporate Members may have two waived registrations for the Scientific Lectures. Please mark
registration form as “Waived”
Exhibitors may have one waived registration for the Scientific Lectures. Please mark registration
form as “Waived.”
(obviously, Corporate Members who are also Exhibitors then have a total of three waived
registration fees for Scientific Lectures)
MORE INFORMATION:
1. Exhibit Passes. We received a request to provide passes for Exhibits ONLY and have
made the decision to do so, for a fee of $25 per person per session. As you know, food
and/or beverages are always provided during Exhibit periods and this fee is to cover such
costs. Attached is a form for pre-registration of those who may wish to visit only the
Exhibits. While we will accept walk-in guests, we are hoping that most will pre-register
so we know how many people to expect for catering purposes. PLEASE SEND THIS
FORM TO ANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO MIGHT LIVE OR BE VISITING
THE AREA DURING OUR MEETING.
2. Your Website, Our Meeting. If you have not already done so, PLEASE PUT OUR
MEETING ON YOUR WEBSITE. The more participants we have, the better for you
and the better for us!!! Please help us make this a successful meeting for both AMLI and

3. Another way to help promote this meeting is to send out our meeting brochure to your
email list. A copy of the brochure and a registration form are attached. IF YOU
WOULD ALSO LIKE PAPER COPIES OF OUR BROCHURE, PLEASE LET ME
KNOW AND WE WILL SEND THEM OUT IMMEDIATELY!
4. Additional Space. Some Exhibitors request double size booth space. The normal area
is 10X10, but if you would like 20X10 or 30X10, you can arrange this for $950 for each
additional 10X10 space.
5. Special Support. AMLI could not hold this important scientific conference each year
without the support of our exhibitors and corporate members, to whom we are most
grateful. We are additionally grateful to those who give special support from year to
year, by sponsoring us in other ways, such as:
 One of four Continental Breakfasts ($3,500 or less)
 One of four Breaks ($1,800)
 Saturday Evening Meet the Exhibitors/Poster Session Reception ($7,500 or
partial)
 Sunday Evening Meeting the Exhibitors/Poster Session Reception $4,500 or
partial)
 Young Investigator Award ($500)
 Doctorate Award ($500)

Educational Grant as a Contributor ($499 or less), Bronze ($500-$999), Silver
($1,000-$2,999), and so forth.
We will provide signage acknowledging your support at each “event” sponsored by you,
as well as at our reception desk, and on the video screen during breaks. You can, of
course, provide your own signage at the appropriate events as well. We would be very
appreciative of any additional support you can provide…partial amounts are also
welcome!
6. EXHIBIT “QUIZ.” We would like to provide a continuing education opportunity for
attendees by offering a quiz to be completed by visiting various exhibit booths at the
AMLI meeting. Each quiz question pertains to an exhibitor’s product/technology or
usefulness of the product. All questions are multiple-choice. The attendee must score a
70% or better out of the total of 20 questions on the quiz to receive continuing education
credit.
The purpose of this activity is to introduce the attendees to the latest new technologies
and products. We invite you to work with your sales team to prepare 2-3 multiple choice
questions on product information that is both educational and can be answered by a visit
to your company’s exhibit booth. Each multiple choice question should have 4
responses; please indicate the correct response for us. Do not list “all of the above” as an
answer option. We are limited to 20 questions and will take these on a first come first
served basis. Please email these questions to me by July 20, 2012 at
Maggie@maggiefogel.com.
7. Annual Dinner “Casino Night.” If any of you have any small item(s) that you would
like to offer as part of the “prizes” for the high winners at Casino Night, please let me
know.
