*Note: The AEC conference is organized by students, primarily for students of regional college’s
and universities. Exhibitors are encouraged to register to have a booth at the conference as a
resource for staff recruitment, marketing outdoor and adventure equipment and apparel,
training opportunities, etc. The funds collected from the exhibitor booth fees will help keep the
conference cost low. Exhibitors are also asked to contribute to the raffle. Organizations can
sponsor the lunch, keynote or closing activity (contact Andrew Bobilya to discuss sponsorship
