McKinney North High School Math Department
Graphing Calculator Check-Out Form
McKinney North High School students enrolled in mathematics and science
classes will have access to graphing calculators during class. A student may
check out a TI-83+ graphing calculator through the library for home use if the
student does not currently own one. The student and parent must read and sign
the following contract and return it to the library to receive a calculator.
In order to be issued a calculator from the library, the student agrees to:
 return the calculator to the library in good working condition at the end of
the school year.
 replace the batteries when needed.
 keep up with the calculator checked out in your name. It has a unique
library barcode and engraved number.
 pay for replacement cost of the calculator if it should become lost or
broken. The replacement cost is $96. If you are in statistics or Pre-Cal
and receive a TI-84+, the replacement cost is $114.00
