China Intensive Language Program Application Form
Instructions:
1. Familiarise yourself with the program and check your eligibility to take part by visiting:
http://artsonline.monash.edu.au/llcl-study-abroad/chinese-intensive/
2. Seek advice from your managing faculty to ensure the program fits your course progression
3. Seek language assessment and approval to enrol in the program from Chinese studies by 25
September 2015. Provide a copy of your unofficial Monash academic record downloaded from
WES.
4. Submit application to Arts Student Services by 4 pm. 2 October 2015 – located Level 2, South,
Building 11, Clayton, or Level 5, Building H, Caulfield. Non-Arts students should first obtain
approval from their managing faculty before submitting application to Arts. Absolutely no
applications will be accepted after this date. Please see
http://www.monash.edu.au/enrolments/dates/census.html for information on census dates.
5. After receiving e-mail confirmation from Monash Abroad that you have been accepted into the
program, please complete the Monash Abroad International Study Program online form by 21
October. The Form URL will be sent to you with the confirmation email.
6. In order that we may confirm accommodation at Chinese host institutions, please ensure that your
enrolment is finalised by 16 October. .
